1. Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through piotrkawula.pl is Frontwave Piotr Kawula, ul. Akacjowa 11a, 63-645 Łęka Opatowska, Poland.
For any privacy-related question, write to kontakt@piotrkawula.pl.
2. What data is collected
The site collects only what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- your name,
- your e-mail address,
- the content of your message.
Beyond that, the hosting provider records standard technical data in its server logs (including the IP address of the device you connect from), and Google reCAPTCHA processes technical data about your device and browsing behaviour on the contact page in order to tell humans from bots. This site itself runs no analytics and builds no visitor profiles.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your message and conducting the resulting correspondence — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the controller's legitimate interest; where the enquiry concerns possible cooperation, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Protecting the form against abuse and spam (reCAPTCHA) and keeping the site running securely — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without a name, an e-mail address and a message it is not possible to reply to you.
4. Retention
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for up to 12 months after the correspondence ends, and are then deleted. If the correspondence leads to a contract, the data is kept for as long as required by the applicable accounting and limitation periods.
5. Recipients of the data
The data is not sold and is not shared for anyone's marketing purposes. It is entrusted only to the providers used to run this site:
- EmailJS (EmailJS.com) — delivering messages sent through the contact form,
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — reCAPTCHA on the contact page and Google Fonts,
- GitLab Inc. — hosting the site on GitLab Pages.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another mechanism permitted by Chapter V of the GDPR.
6. Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or marketing cookies. On the contact page, Google reCAPTCHA may store cookies and read information from your device; this is necessary for the anti-abuse check to work. Webfonts are loaded from Google servers, which means your IP address is disclosed to Google when a page loads.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- have it rectified,
- have it erased,
- have its processing restricted,
- data portability,
- object to processing carried out on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, write to kontakt@piotrkawula.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
8. Automated decision-making
Your data is not used for automated decision-making and is not subject to profiling.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may change — for example when the tools used by the site change. The current version is always available at this address, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
